GSM Historical Research is a family-owned practice with more than 30 years' experience of researching and recording historic buildings of the town and countryside.

We provide a professional, friendly service and our clients range from individual house owners to companies and local authorities.

Our base is a 'garden suburb' style Edwardian villa on the borders of Cheshire and Lancashire, from which we research properties throughout England and Wales.
